Although Xiaozhan and Yibo Wang are really handsome, but 150,000 yuan, with the words of netizens, how many ribs can I buy?! Feeling the sharp gap between the rich and the poor, I can only wrapped up in a small quilt to calm myself at this moment.

Under the premise of great development to meet people's ever-growing needs for a better life, all kinds of cultural and entertainment industries enrich our lives with a prairie fire which some people are even willing to spend a lot of money to enjoy high-quality cultural and entertainment services. ‘sky-high price tickets’ arises at the historic moment, if it's the pain in everyone's heart that we can't get tickets, then the ticket scalper is the existence that we hate deeply.

At the end of last year, Andy Lau's concert, uncle Wang, as a big fan, asked ticket scalper Zhang at three times the price of more than 40,000 yuan to buy 16 tickets because he couldn't get the tickets, intending to go to the concert for a whole family. Instead, Andy lau cancelled the concert due to health reasons, the official said the ticket will be based on the face value of the ticket for refund and Zhang refused to refund which makes uncle Wang angry and he sued Zhang. Finally, the Foshan Shunde district people's court concluded that when uncle Wang purchased concert tickets from Zhang, the two parties formed a sales contract but now the concert was cancelled so that the contract purpose could not be realized. Therefore, Zhang was ordered to return the ticket price to uncle Wang.

In fact, uncle Wang is lucky compared with other people who buy tickets from ticket scalpers for which he knows  Zhang. But in real life, many people buy scalpers' tickets in the ticket waiting hall, at the gate of the scenic spot or near the performance venues and they end the transaction after paying to get tickets which means that they even don’t  know their names and forget each other in a second. What if you get a fake ticket at this time? No way to do! The ticket inspector will certainly report pity but can only refuse cruelly and if you want to sue, you will find out that you can't file a case without the identity information of scalpers... What you can do is only submit to humiliation or ask the police uncle for help. 

So, is there anyone who control ticket scalpers selling ‘sky-high price tickets’ ?

There is a magical administrative organization called the price bureau and a lovely law called the Price Law. The price bureau is the administrative organ responsible for the supervision of price work in accordance with the Price Law. The low price as the soy sauce money that you ask your kid to get soy sauce, high price as the tuition money that the child grows to go to school, which are all under the control of the price bureau~

Then what about ticket scalpers selling ‘sky-high price tickets’? Sorry, it is not price bureau’s business, because Scalpers' scalping of tickets is an illegal or even criminal act which is controlled by the Law on punishment for public security administration and the Criminal Law. But what if it's sold by a regular agency? I searched the ‘Central pricing catalogue’ and ‘Guangdong provincial pricing catalogue’ and haven’t find the pricing rules for concert tickets for the time being tickets such as tickets for train and ship, and even tickets for tourist attractions are clearly stipulated. Therefore, if you find any unreasonable price regulations in your life, you can choose to consult or complain to the price bureau~

Above we talked about the Law on punishment of public security administration and the Criminal Law. For "sky-high price ticket" of scalpers, they do not care about the tickets, but control the people because the behavior of scalper selling tickets not only violates the fair purchase right of others, but also disturbs the market management order, which is not allowed by law!  

Article 52 of the law on the administration of public security on penalties for a person who commits any of the following acts about forging, altering, reselling train or bus tickets, ship tickets, air tickets, admission tickets for theatrical performance or sports competition, or other negotiable bills or vouchers, shall be detained for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days and may in addition be fined not more than 1,000yuan; if the circumstances are relatively minor, he shall be detained for not less than 5 days but not more than 10 days and may, in addition, be fined not more than 500yuan.

In the case of a large amount of money, scalpers will face the crime of reselling tickets. According to judicial interpretation, those who resell tickets at high, variable or disguised prices, or resell seats or signed sleeper's numbers or order ticket vouchers which if the face value of the tickets reaches 5000 yuan or the amount of illegal profits is 2000 yuan and more, the case can be filed and the offender shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also, or shall only, be fined not less than one time but not more than five times the value of the tickets. Yes, only two thousand yuan. The prison sleeper is waiting for you! However, the penalty of restricting personal freedom is only for scalpers who resell tickets and ship tickets, scalpers that scalping concert tickets do not belong to the object of this crime, otherwise for Chenqingling’s 150,000 concert ticket, the scalpers definitely can not escape three years' imprisonment.

Ticket scalpers are hateful, but what behind this persistent situation is the consumers who are always trying.  The most effective way to avoid being cheated and eliminate the ‘sky-high price ticket’ is: refuse scalpers resolutely and buy tickets lawfully!
