On November 24, 2018, the founding meeting The Association of New Social Class Persons in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City was held in the administrative center of Xiangzhou District. Li Yong, the executive vice-minister of the United Front Department of the Municipal Party Committee, Yang Liuqing, the Vice-Minister of the United Front Department, Kong Demei, and the head of Mak & Gu & Tsang Law Firm, Bolin Mai as the chairman of supervisory attended the meeting together.

The Association of New Social Class Persons in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, was established on November 13, 2018 Which  has 99 members. It is a social organization directly led by the United Front Department of the Zhuhai Xiangzhou District Committee of the CPC. The Association leads the members of The Association of New Social Class Persons in Xiangzhou District to obey the Party's command, take advantages of their industrial superiority, contribute to the development of economic and social undertakings in Xiangzhou District and to the construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District in Zhuhai City.

At the meeting, all the participants sang the national anthem and the national anthem, and the leaders of the United Front Department of the municipal and district committees granted the honour certificates respectively to Zhou Xiaolei(the chairman of The Association of New Social Class Persons in Xiangzhou District),Li Bin and Renning e.c.t.(the vice-chairman of The Association of New Social Class Persons in Xiangzhou District ) ,Bolin Mai( the chairman of supervisory belongs to The Association of New Social Class Persons in Xiangzhou District )and made the address. After the meeting, Bolin Mai, the head of Mak & Gu & Tsang Law Firm made the friendly exchanges with the members on the contents of the construction of the new level Federation in the district.
