On January 8, 2019, the Xiangzhou united front work department organized and held the symposium for opinions -- the 2018 Xiangzhou district party and government leading group of leading cadres of party members’ democratic life conference. As the vice president of district intellectual association, Bolin Mai, the head of MAK & GU & TSANG Law Firm, attended the symposium and expressed his opinions.

At the meeting, Lei Feng, the deputy head of the Xiangzhou united work front department, conveyed the spirit of relevant documents to the participants and listened to the opinions of the representatives of various units on the ‘2018 Xiangzhou district party and government leading group of leading cadres of party members’ democratic life conference’.

At the meeting, head Bolin Mai, based on the results of daily research and the actual situation of our district, delivered two issues related to people’s livelihood to the symposium on behalf of New Social Stratum Association of the district: one is the social software configuration -- the implementation of talents plan measures.The pre-school education of children has become one of the important reasons for the brain drain in Zhuhai.The number of public kindergartens and private kindergartens with universal benefits is far from enough to meet the needs of the market.Therefore, preschool education is an important livelihood issue that needs to be solved urgently.The second is about the social hardware configuration -- the control problem of water pollution. The paper analyzes the current treatment situation of river surges in our city and the existing problems of individual river surges.

Head Bolin Mai suggested that Zhuhai should seize the opportunity of the completion and opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and comprehensively to promote the strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater Bay Area. As the core city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area and the landing point of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge, Xiangzhou has both opportunities and challenges.To this end, the district ought to plan more economic development and promote greater and stronger economy, to provide foundation and guarantee for solving all kinds of livelihood issues.
